Capitalizing on the explosive, $60 billion children’s entertainment industry, Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe is an innovative concept seeking franchisees who meet the following criteria:
- Single and multi-unit operators with food service and/or customer service experience and a love for children
- Possess the resources and ability to open first unit within 12 months and each additional unit at a maximum of 12-month intervals
- Passion for and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Minimum liquidity of $200,000 per unit and net worth of $500,000 per unit
Investment Details
Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe will be developed primarily through Area Development Agreements and franchisees prepared to establish two to four units in a market. In select markets and under specific market criteria, single unit agreements may be available. Depending on the real estate site selected, the total cost of investment for one location will be approximately $290,000 to $683,000, and the franchise agreement initial term is 10 years.
The initial franchise fee is $39,500, however it is reduced to $17,775 for additional locations included in an Area Development Agreement.
Franchisees can expect to pay a 6 percent royalty fee of monthly gross sales. In addition, franchisees will contribute 1 percent to the national advertising Brand Development Fund.
