Once a completed Franchise Application is submitted, reviewed and approved, you will complete a business plan and be offered the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Once Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe and you have decided there may be a good fit, you’ll be extended an offer to visit for a Decision Day. During the Decision Day you will have an opportunity to explore the Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe business up close, sample the food, play with the kids and meet some of the company’s leaders. Decision Days are held Fridays at our company headquarters in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Upon mutual approval to move forward as a new Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe franchisee, you will sign a Franchise Agreement. Get ready to build your entrepreneurial dream!

Finding a premier location for your store(s) is essential. Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe franchisees are offered assistance with the site selection and lease negotiation including our exclusive Site Selection Manual. Visits from your designated Cool Beans representative will help you identify the best location for your store and offer lease negotiation guidance.

With the help of your designated Cool Beans representative, the build-out process begins. You will work directly with our experts to ensure that each location matches the established brand identity. Your Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe representative will provide you with attraction selection, space planning and overall design, visual imagery and finish schedule.

Our proven training process includes a structures program at our Florida headquarters and in-store training. Your grand opening kit includes a sampling of our posters, point of purchase material, flyers, gift cards and other materials. Your Marketing Manual includes specific examples of successful local store marketing initiatives that you can tailor as needed to your community.
Throughout the entire opening process you will be in constant contact with your designated Cool Beans Indoor Playground & Cafe representative. We will provide training in your store and assist throughout the entire Grand Opening.
