Q: When do you open your play cafe? 

A: We are open all day, every day, 7 days a week unless we have an event. You can just pop in. There is no need to call us. 


Q: Are adults free to the entrance? 

A: YES! Except for birthdays. 


Q: What mode of payment do you accept? 

A: We accept Cash, and all major cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 


Q: Are children and adults required to wear socks? 

A: For children, they must wear socks or tights at all times. But for adults, they need to wear socks if they enter the playground. 


Q: Do you allow parents to bring food from outside? 

A: No, except for baby food & bottles. However, if your kids have an allergy, you may you bring in food for your child who is attending a scheduled party or group event. Or you can let us know ahead of time so we can prepare special food for your child. 


Q: How do I book a party? 

A: Booking a party is done in numerous ways. You can meet us in person or book online. Go to the contact page and send us an email and our friendly customer service will promptly respond to you and give you easy to follow instructions. 


Q: Are your parties interactive and personalized? 

A: Yes, we love to throw parties so we do it in a special manner! We base the party theme and activities on your child’s favorite things. There’s no way that two parties are alike.
